DIVIDEND NOTICE
DEAR NEIGHBOR
It gives me much satisfaction to announce that action has been taken by the Board of Supreme
Managers
of the Society to allow the payment of dividends on all Adult Certificates issued since September 1, 1919,
and on all Juvenile Certificates issued since April 1, 1940, which have been in force at least two years from
the register date and which are now in force, except as Extended Term Insurance or as fractional Paid-Up
Insurance.
Economical management of the affairs of the Society, the careful investment of its funds and favor-
able mortality experience have made the payment of dividends possible at this time.
Each Certificate to which the dividend applies is receiving its equitable share. The dividend
check
en-
closed herewith applies to your Certificate. PLEASE ENDORSE AND CASH IT PROMPTLY AT YOUR
LOCAL BANK. It is suggested that you use the cash to apply on future premiums on your Certificate. It
will be necessary, however, for you to pay the full amount of your premium plus the monthly Camp dues to
the Camp Recorder as she is not permitted to accept partial payments to apply on premiums and Camp dues.
Dividends cannot be guaranteed nor can the Society guarantee that the amount will remain the
same from year to year, the payment thereof being contingent upon future conditions in the Society and
the Nation, but if conditions continue as they have in the past, it is reasonable to expect that the Society will
be able to pay dividends in future years.
This dividend check is mailed to you at the latest address which appears on the mailing list of
the Society. For that reason it is very important and necessary to report promptly to the Supreme Office
any change of address that may take place in the future. When reporting such change, please state the
number and location of your Camp, as well as the old and new addresses, which will be required in making
the change on the mailing list of the Society.
Your membership in the ROYAL NEIGHBORS OF AMERICA is greatly appreciated, and you may rest
assured that every effort will be made to merit your continued confidence in the future.
