20 borica on ever 01 NOTICE TO POLICY HOLDERS All payments are due and payable at the Head Office of the Company, Chicago, III., but collectors having the official renewal receipts, signed by the Secretary, are authorized to receive payments not overdue on countersigning said renewal receipts as evidence of payment. No collector is authorized to receive payments after expiration of the month of grace. Such payments must be made direct to the Head Office with the request for reinstatement. If the policy has lapsed, such moneys are held in the suspense account, and. if application for rein- statement is not granted, will be returned to the remitter. The Company reserves the right to require a satisfactory medical examination prior to the reinstatement of a lapsed policy. and such reinstatement is at the option of the Company. Any check, bank draft, or money order given in exchange for this receipt will be considered payment of the premium for which this receipt is issued provided such check, draft, or money KECORder is actually paid to the Company on presentment in due course of business. No person, except the President or Secretary, is authorized to make, alter or discharge contracts or waive forfeitures.
