*** 203 - 'Let's Think Peace I "The fourth freedom- freedom from fear-means above all else freedom from fear of war." President Truman Whoa, There, Comrade! FLUSHING, N. Y., Oct. 23.-(UP)-Soviet Foreign Minister . M. Molotov attempted to leave the United Nations General As- embly Hall immediately ahead of President Truman late today. ut guards required him to wait until the President and Mrs. Tru- han had left. The presidential motorcade was waiting outside the U. N. as- embly hall during Mr. Truman's address to the assembly. It has ong been the custom that the President departs first. But a few seconds after Mr. Truman concluded, Molotov and ther Russians strolled out of the door the President was to use. The situation was explained to them by police officials and harine officers. Two Russian army officers appeared to engage in pirited conversation. Then Molotov shrugged his shoulders. He turned and walked back up the steps into the hall.
