Suggestions for Senator Hoey
1. Entire hearings be held in Executive Session,
including medical testimony.
2. Medical Staff Adviser be appointed by Subcommittee
for purpose of hearings (DR. Rex Buxton, President
of Washington, D.C., Psychiatric Association,
would be good man for this).
3. Navy and Army Security officers be first security
officers called by Subcommittee after medical
testimony.
