Dear Peyton:
I appreciate very much your sending
me the material from the Civil Service Commis-
sion regarding persons employed in the Federal
Government who had been arrested on various
charges involving sex deviation.
I agree with you that this information
is not what we had in mind. I am not quite clear
as to what information was originally requested
from here so I am at somewhat of a loss to
evaluate the data furnished.
