Kozlowski, Infantry, for heroic achievement near Chipyong-ni, Korea, on 13 February 1951. The engraved Bronze Star Medal, citation and pertinent decoration certificate will be forwarded to the Commanding General, First Army, Governors Island, New York 4, New York, for presentation to you with appropriate ceremony.
