Dear Foster:
Thank you for the word about your plans.
We shall be looking forward to having you here
on the twenty-fourth. I hope you are having a
good rest and gathering strength for the busy
days which I know are in store for you.
Your office arrangements are being made
and we shall welcome Miss Doyle. I suggest
that you ask her to come in to see Mr. W. J.
McWilliams, Director of the Executive Secre-
tariat, Room 5131, upon her arrival at the De-
partment. Mr. McWilliams will be expecting
her and will see that she is helped to get
things started for you.
Sincerely yours,
The Honorable
John Foster Dulles,
72 East 91st Street,
New York 28, New York.
