NOTE ON VOTING PROCEDURE
(1)
Motions for approval of Reports or Resolutions may
be made only by a Foreign Minister. The Foreign Minister
of El Salvador, at the conclusion of the Report of the
Committee on Credentials, will move approval of the
Report.
(2)
Each Report or Resolution will be voted upon separately.
(3)
With respect to the three technical committees, only
two Rapporteurs are Foreign Ministers--Committer - I and
Committee III. Since the Rapporteur of Committee II is
not a Foreign Minister, the Secretary of State will call
for a motion from the floor on the approval of
Committee II Resolutions.
(4)
In all instances, the Secretary of State, following
the motion for approval of a Report or Resolution will:
Call for a second.
Place the question.
Call for a vote on the Resolution
(or Report) by a show of hands.
Announce the results of the vote.
