In so far as other personnel is concerned, we have
sent Stuart Rockwell and Art Emmons to replace Palmer
and Ruth Bacon. Jack Tate has gone over to replace Butch
Fisher. I am looking around for other suitable people who
could assist in these closing days of the Paris meeting.
Please take care of yourself, Phil, and try to get as
much rest as this hectic life will permit. You mention that
you are operating at one-tenth efficiency. All I can say is
that Jessup at one tenth is better than anyone I can think of
at full capacity.
I look forward to a good chat with you before too
long.
