ship, why doesn't the Secretary of State send me a photograph of
himself which I can put in my office alongside "Sunrise Over
Algoma".
I am glad the long delay over the date of the
NATO meeting has been fixed. God and the French Government
permitting, we will be together again at Lisbon on February 16.
