MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION WITH THE PRESIDENT
Item 2. - Proposed Speech by the President to the
Organization of American States
The President is pleased that it is not thought necessary
to press him in regard to this speech. He will be glad to
receive the Council at the White House on a day to be worked
out with Mr. Connelly. I mentioned April 14th, but he did not
have his engagement book with him.
