Dear Dave: The within bill, the so-called Mexican Labor wetback bill, has passed the Senate, and will be brought up in the Judiciary Committee on Tuesday next, Congressman Cellar has so advised me. The intention is to act on this separately from the Omnibus Immigration Bill.
