THE WHITE HOUSE WASHINGTON June 26, 1951 Dear Edgar: I appreciated most highly your two letters of June twenty- - second. I am certainly glad that the boy is doing so well in Korea. I know he has got what it takes and will come out all right. I was very sorry to hear about Russell Gabriel. I had no idea that he was in that sort of a condi- tion.
