JOURNAL ENTRY OF JUDGMENT.
Now, on this 8th day of November, 1920, the
same being one of the days of the regular September 1920
TRUMAN
term of said Court, this cause coming on for hearing in
NATIONAL AND
its regular order, having heretofore been set for this
b.g.
day, and the plaintiff appearing by its Attorney of record,
A. c. "allace, and the defendants appearing by their Attor-
ney of record, A. Scott Thompson, and said cause having
been regularly called for trial, it was announced by
counsel for said defendants, that plaintiff might have
judgment on its second cause of action in the sum of Four
Hundred Forty-two and 20/100 Dollars ($442.20), together
withinterest on said sun from the 19th day of May, 1916,
at the rate of six per cent per annum until paid on the
dismissal by plaintiff of its first and third causes of
action, and conditioned further that execution on said
judgment be stayed for a period of six months from this
date, and the Court being fully advised in the premises,
in consideration of the said agreement made in open Court
by and between counsel for both plaintiff, and defendants,
IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court
that plaintiff have judgment against the above named de-
fendants and each of them, in the sum of $442.20, together
