1. The following patroles are authorized to operate
on the front of this Hattalion Nov. 3rd,1018.
2. A. Company will furnish the following patrole.
Lieut. Yale . and 18 other ranks.
Company D will furnish the following :
Captain Loman and two Platoons
3. Lieutenent Y,le's Patrole will occupy the dugouts at
Bois De La Plume. and remain at that place until ordered back
or mission accomplished.
Lieutenent Yele's mission will be to capture any of the
enemy that might return during the stay in the Bdis De La Plume
or any thing ordered by Captnin Lonan.
4,Captain Homer B. Loman will procede to the Bois De La
Plumo with two platoons and consolidate his on and Lieut. Yale's
forces and assue command,
5. lstbLieutenant Frank L. Armistead Company B. will be
attached to Captain Lomans Command and will third in command of
the entire foroe.
6. The mission of the combined foroe will be to capture
prisoners. and will stay until their mission is accemplished or
until orderad back
.
7. Arma will be such as Captain Lomas sees fit to talde.
