1. After January 1, 1919, the training of divisions will pro-
ceed by periods of four weeks each in accordance with the program
below. General Orders No. 207, G.H.Q., November 16, 1918, is
modified accordingly,

One terrain exercise for the reinforced brigade, prepared
and conducted by the Division Commander.
Second Week

Battalion, meinforded by Stokes Mortars, 1 pounder, company
machine guns and 75 guns

One terrain exercise for division, brigade and regimental
commanders. Conducted by Corps Commanders. All means of
communication and connection including aeroplanes, signal
troops and the liaison groups of regimental and brigade
headquarters, will participate.
Third Week
Company

Battalion, reinforced as in second week

Regiment, reinforced by battalion 75's

Preparation and conduct of maneuver problems for the regi-
ments will be divided between division and brigade head-
quarters.
Fourth Week
Same as third week, except that if troops are not thereby
required to bivouac, division commanders are authorized to
substitute a maneuver of the reinforced brigade for that of
the regiment.
