1. Officers will be supplied with an Identity Card upon
application to the Porsonnel Adjutent, these Headquarters.
2. Until further orders Brigade, Regimentel and Separate
Unit Commanders will report to the Divisior Commander at his
office at 8:30 A.M. overy Sunday.
3. PROMOTION OF NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS AND SPECIALISTS.
Due to lack of traisportation men in hospitals have not been
evacuated. Promotion of soldiers to grade above that of private
as outlined in paregraph I. Administrative Bulletin No. 30, will
therefore be suspended, not only until January 1, 1919, but until
fur ther notice.
4. A boxing tournament will be held at the Division Opera
House in COMMERCY at 7:30 P.M., Saturday, January 4th.
5. A meeting of regimental and separate unit entertainnent
officers will be held at the Office of G-1, these Headquarters,
at 1:30 P.M., Saturday, Jamuary 4th. These officers ahould come
prepared to give the following information; Available places
for shows, capacity of each place, and whether or no t heated and
electric lighted. These officers will report to Lieutenant Myers.
6. A professional organization; the "Live Wires" , will play
at the 35th Division Opora Hous e in COMMERCY, two performances on
Sunday, January 5th, at 2:30 and 7:50 P.M.; and one performance
on Mon day , , January 6th, at 7:30 P.Me Other entertainment will be
given Tuesday night, January 7th, at 7:30.
7. The following is published for the inf ormation and
compliance by all concerned;

Assistance in Forwarding and Returning Mei 1.
1. It has been reported that there is very great delay in
censoring* meil and in the forwarding of outgoing mail by company
orderlies, Regimental and Divisional Post Officers; also that
mail for men who have left the organizations to which they origin-
ally belonged, is held for a long time before being returned I or
re direction to the Central Post Office.
