Memorandum.
To Batteries D, E, and F.
Memorandum from 2nd Battalion Headquarters dated Dec. 29th, 1918,
requires that an Officer be present with Battery, at watering trough,
while horses of that Battery are being watered. Battery Commanders
will show reason why this Order is not being complied with.
