!DLINISTRATIVE BULLETIN:
NO. 93.
to
I. OF TROOPS: (TMK-w).
1. The Commanders of all organizations of this corps will immediately equip
their commands as prescribed by the "Equipment Manuels for Service in Europe",
and will be hold directly restonsible that their equipment is complete and
serviceablo at all times.
2. Hereafter a list of articles, separately, for each S upply department, will
be kept by each. Adninistrative Unit showing what property is in use in
his orgenization, This list will be constantly hopt up to date. The extravagent
hebit, acquirod by necessity and war conditions, of unnecessary salvage will no
longer be toleraved. Orgenizations desiring to take advantage of salvage regu-
lations will, berore actually discarding equipment, obtain authority from the
next higher commender who will, after careful personel investi ;ation, satisfy
himself that property placed before him for salvage is beyond efficient use-
fullness, and that is has been rendered umserviceable through fair wear and tear
incidental to proper public use.
3. Form #253, E.M.C., August loth, 1916, is obtainable in sufficient quantity
from Nevers (Niovre) on proper requisition.
II. HORSE SHOW.
1. Paragraph 1, idministrative Bulletin No. 8, Headquarters 2nd ARMY, dated
January 8, 1918, is published for the informatic of all concerned:
"1. It is intemplated that a Horse Show will be held by the Second in
the near future. The date, place and program of events will be amounced later.
The events will include verious classes for Draft and Riding Horses, both with and
vithout oquipment.
"2. In making decis ions consideration will be siven to the following:
(a) General Condition and care of animals and equipment.
(b) Conformation and uitability of type for the class in which Shown.
(c) Porformance of horses and the skill and efficiency of exhibi to rs.
13. In order to have a satisfactory list of events, all organizations wishing
to make entries will submit to these headquarters not later than January 20th
suggestions as to classes and conditions.
4. Final entries will be made by Organization Commanders.
III. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY: (TMK-w).
1. The TRansfer of Quartermaster Property, from one orgonization to another
