The New York Times January thirtconth says in part 11: stable Government
must be establishedin Russia for the safoty of Russia and the safety of the world.
Government mockery if umpuresentative of the wishos of the Russian pe ople is the

on the Russicn people as the ruling class terrorism. This charge must soonor or
later be sub jected to actuel proof.
The Philadelphia North American of January fourteenth says in part: "The
Bolshevist force is ambitious, tyranncol and monacing as Prussionism and is out
to conquer the world. Dattles which hitherto have boon in Rus sia are extended into
Germany and nov a new front may spring up elsewhere. 1 S insster fact about
the
new world wars is that it takos no account of racial or political frontiers. Two
implacably entagonistic foroes have come to Grips Either demo cr2cy or Bolshevism
must disappear from the earth".
