Dattles which hitherto have boon in Rus sia are extended into Germany and nov a new front may spring up elsewhere. 1 S insster fact about the new world wars is that it takos no account of racial or political frontiers. Two implacably entagonistic foroes have come to Grips Either demo cr2cy or Bolshevism must disappear from the earth".
