1. Thie Regiment in a few daya will be bi lieted in an area that
will cause it to be under constant observation and inspedtion by Division
and Army Insectora and offioers of the units passing through our area.
Every officer and enlisted man should beel and take a personal pride in
the appearance and discipline of their organifution. Laxity in minor de-
dails of appenzande and disciplin has been noticed by the Commandia:
Officer. This was De gorreated at onoe. Blousco will be kept bittoned
at all tines. The regulatione in zegard to anduting will be rigidly en-
forged by all officers. Billeto and Stables will be kent neat and
olean. Every officer mast give his personal and striot attention to
the correcting of these faults.
Thâs maino randum will be read to all organizations at the
first formation aftor its receipt.
