MCMO. TO ALL OFFIGERS.
I.
You will see that each separate billet 1t is taken will have
a reliable Offionr in abarge and that the aquad or simi-

Attention is especially onlled to the matter of stablea, and

Grooming will habitually be in the open and be tone quiokly

Horses will not ba arowded. Thore ahould be leant five (5)

Especial oare will be taken to deteat adlas, doughing, eto's,
to the end that the regiment may continue froe from Influensa.
Altornate head and foot alneping will be insisted upon. If thore

In eaoh town where troopa are billeted the aenior officor will
call upon the Mayor or other sentor offiger to the end that cordial re-
lations maybe cotablished and maintainod, No disparging renarks about or
towards the Pronoh will be colorated from any officer or goloior.

Each Senior Offiger will orginizo his commina for the purpoad of

All officers will acquant thenselves with the regulationa con-
gerning vonezeal digeases und enforge them atrictly. The
Chiof of the A.F.F. 10, in addition to ismuing hia regulations, toking all
of hia offigers to do all in their porrer to prevont thone The
