129th Field Artillery FIELD ORDER A.P.O. #743 No. . 4 2 September 1918 11:00 AM Ha chur ed Map Lust e 1 50,000 I. This regiment will march to VAGNEY and ZAINVILLER via VENTRON, CORNIMONT and SAULXURES II. The order of maroh will be as follows: Regtl. Hq. and Detail lst.Bn.Hq. and Detail Details Btry. A,B, and o Firing batteries A, B and C 3nd.Bn.Hq. and Detail Details Btry. D, E and F Firing Batteries D, E and F Regtl. Medioal Detachment Combat Train: Btry. A, EB, C, D, E & F Field Train; in two (2) sections, AND (1) Forage and ration section, consisting of any water oart, ration oart, ration wagon, rollong kitchen and forage wagon, of each organi 2ation, as follows: Hq Co., Btry. A,B,O,D,E and F, and Supply Company. your (2) Baggage section: Hq Co., Btry. A,B,C,D, E & F, and Supply Co. Detachment of Military Police consisting of three (3) men. a. C 0 let. Bn. III. a Regtl.Hq. and Detail will leave church at Kruth Major Miles at 5:00 AM 3 September 1918. Batteries will b. 0 0 3nd. Bn. follow at five (5) minute intervals. Major Gates b. Combst Train will leave church at KRUTH at 5:45 a. C 0 Combat Train AM 3 September 1918. Lt. Kennedy c.Field Train will leave chur ch at KRUTH st 6:15A d. C 0 Sugply Train 3 September 1918. Capt. Jobes d.Upon arrival at VENTRON a halt will be made of sufficient time to regulate the regiment, after which the column will proceed on the march, keep ing closed up and whith distance of 50m between every tenth carraige. A red disc will be ahown in rear of every tenth oarraige. e. The motor trucks will be under the supervision of the Supply Officer. f.The c.O. of the Supply Co. will assign space in baggage wagons for personal property of each Officer. g.Motorcycle Or derlies will proceed the column at a distance of 200m, acting as ground scouts. IV. Upon arrival at VAGN EY and ZAINVILLERS the Bill ing Offiger and N. C.Os. will meet each organiza tion and gui de them to their billets, picket lin and gun park. V. Commanding Officer will be at the head of the column. All messages will be sent to him at the station.
