MEMORA NDUM:
Amoriosn Expeditionary Foroes
All Organizations
1. It is important that Commanders require reports or aoting
on the parte of their subordinates. Theae reports will be sent to
these Headquarters by 4:00 P.M. Cotober or sooner if
possible:
3. Every organization should make an immediate cheak of
their personnel and send to these Headquarters a complete alphabeti-
dal liet (name and number) as far as practiosble. The date and hour
of rejoining orgonization should appear behind every namo.
2. Every commander, from Brigade to include a platoon,
will make a concise statement, in chronological order, of the part
taken by his, organization from the morning 08 September 36th to
include October and. This statement must contain the faots and
nothing else. Opinions are nort desired
4. Every officer and non-oomaissioned officer that ro-
joined hie organization after noon, October let, will be required
to explain where he was and how he got separated from his organi-
zation.
