I. AMOUNTS OF RATION ARTICLES ON HAND TO BE REPORTED( TMK-w)
The following Memorandum is published for the information, guidance
and compliance of all concerneds
"AMOUNTS OF RATION ARTICLES ON HAND TO BE REPORTED."
II. One in every ten days, when rations are issued daily
and with each ration return when the issue is made for
ten days or longer, there will be presented from ea ch
organiza tion a detailed statement of amounts of e ch
ration artiole and extra issue articles then on hand, and
these amounts will be deducted from the next issue by
the issuing Quartermaster.
Reports in compliance with the above order will be at tached to the
ration return submitted on the first, tenth and twentieth of each month.
