1. Organization Commanders will issue the necessary orders that no
article of clothing or equipment will be discarded or destroyed without
being inspected by an officer, preferably the organization Commander and

Violations will result in disciplinary action at once.

Immediately after inspection on Saturday will be designated am
the time to submit clothing or equipment for inspection.
GOVERNMENT
The divisional insignia on the helmets will be retouched. The
Gas masks will also be stenciled with the divisional insignia in the
following manner: Two inches from the side and two ighes from the bottom
in the lower right hand corner over the cannister.
