MEMORANDUMA
Organization Commander: will cause to be made at onoe a sketah
of the town in which their organization is billeted. On this sketch
the billets will be numbered and a liet by numbers attached to each
sketoh, sho ing who oocupied the billets. Men from the Battery
details will be detailed by the Battery Commander for this work.
A copy of this sketch,complete, will be inspected and O.K'd.
by the organization zone major, and will then be sent to these
Headquarters as soon a.s completed.
