    "ocrText": "HEADQUARTERS 35TH DIVISION,\nE\nCamp Doniphan, Fort Sill, Okla.\n19917\na\nGeneral Onders,\nata\nSUBJECT ,Training.\n1:\nTraining programs covering the'first sixteen weeks\nof\ntraining have been furnished from the War Department:\nI\nschedules 'will be furnished brigade and regi-\nor\nI mental scommanders each. Saturday from division headquar-\nters. Brigade and regimental commanders, will supervise and\nenforce these schedules within their commands.\na 3 a JOOHGE JAMOIBIO SHT\n3. Schedules will be based on forty hours training per\n2100110\nTHE\nd\nDeditos\nweek Wednesday nad Saturday afternoons will be left free\nfor, recreation and for additional drill for backward' \"men. Back-\n<\nward men will be found in every organization and the addi-\ntional drill above directed is mandatory.\nJost'\no\ni\nThe following will be excused from regular instruction:\n1 \"mess seargeant,9 1X company supply sedgeamt, 2 cooks,, 2\nkitchen police, one non-commissioned officer ini charge of\nquarters, and for the last three dyas of the month 1 company\nclerk in each organization. The only other men excused will\n- be the sick guard, Regimental fatigue and men detailed to the\nSchools The division. Where school work is\ndirected in afternoon onlys students will attend, drill with\nI organizations in the morning.\nThat\n4\nIn each regiment all daiPy guard and fatigue details\nwill be taken from the same company, leaving the remainder\nof this, company and the remaing companies of the regiment\nintact for drill and instruction.\n5. It is absolutely essential thatthe instruction be\n1\nthoröugh in all subjects from the start, as the effectivene\nand 'safety of the division later will depend entirely on the\n-\nefficiency developed in the training, schools for officers and\nnoncommissioned officers will be held nightly, except Sqturday\nand Sunday, from 7:00 to 8:30 P. M., in company mess halls,\n1\nand will be devoted to a review of the day's work and care-\nful preparation for the work of the next, day.
