Commissioner's Deed from Henry P. Chiles to George Thomas Twyman

COMMISSIONER'S DEED. WHEREAS, the County Court of Jackson County, Missouri, on the 31st day of May, 1929, in accordance with the provisions of Article Two of Chapter Eighty-six, of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1919, appointed Henry P. Chiles, commissioner, to convey to George Thomas Twyman the real estate hereinafte de- scribed; AND WHEREAS, it appears from the records of the County Court of Jackson County, Missouri, that the purchase money for said real estate was fully paid to said County in the year 1827; NOW THEREFORE, I, the said Henry P. Chiles, having duly qualified as Commissioner as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises as aforesaid. do by these presents Grant, Bargain, Sell and Convey unto George Thomas Twyman, his heirs and assigns, all the right, title and interest of Jackson County, Missouri in the following described lot, tract or parcel of land situated in the County of Jackson and State of Missouri, to-wit: A part of Lot Sixty-four in the Old Town, now City of Independence, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning twenty feet seven and one-half inches West of the Northeast corner of said Lot sixty-four, thence West twenty feet and four inches; thence South one hundred and twenty-five feet; thence East twenty feet and four inches, thenee North one hundred and twen- ty five feet to beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE PREMISES AFORESAID, with all and singular the rights, privileges, appurtenances and immuni- ties thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto the said George Thomas Twyman, and unto his heirs and assigns forever.
