Horace Sheley, of lawful age being duly sworn
says, that he was well acquainted with John M. Johnson, one of the
grantors in Deed Book 220, page 242, in which he conveyed the
West 1/2 of the South West 1/4 of Section 32, Township 49, Range
31, and other land; to one Samuel Chiddix, that he knows of his
own knowledge that John M. Johnson and J. M. Johnson is one and the
same persons. Affiant says that he was also well acquainted with

Wm W.Noland, grantee, in a Deed recorded in Book 28, Page 441, and
W. W . Noland who's estate was administered by Geo. W.Noland Adminis-
trator about the year of 1883,
That the said Wm W.Noland above named grantee, and the said
W.W.Noland deceased were one and the same persons.
And further deponent sayeth not.
