Lot 13, Block 9, Walnut Park, an addition to the City of
Independence, Missouri.
The said Margaret E. Noland is the wi dow of Joseph I. Noland, who
at sheriff's sale under date December 17, 1898, was reported to
be the purchaser of the real estate herein described and who
thereafter authorized Robert S. Stone, Sheriff of Jackson County,
Missouri to convey said tract to one Oscar Mindrup.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME, with all the rights, immunities, privileges and appurte-
nances thereto belonging, unto the said part ies of the second part and unto

heirs and
assigns forever; so that neither the said part y uf the first part nor
her
heirs nor any other
person or persons, for

name or behalf, shall or will herein-
after claim or demand any right or title to the aforesaid premises or any part thereof, but they and each of
