BILL OF SALE AND ASSIGNMENT
HOLD ONE YEAR
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that W. A. Ross Construction
Company, a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws
of the state of Missouri, with its principal office at Kansas City,
Missouri, as a part of a distribution in complete liquidation of
all of its assets, does hereby assign, grant, transfer, and convey
to each of its stockholders owning shares of stock as follows:
