hereby acknowledged, do th by these presents grant, bargain and sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part the following described Real Estate situate in the County of
Jackson
in the State of Missouri:
Lots ONE, TWO, THRKE and FOUR in WALLACE PLACK, an Addition in and to the
City of INDEPENDENCE JACKSON COUNTY MISSOURI as shown on the recorded
plat thereof.
and possession of said premises now deliver unto said party of the second part;
To Mave and to Molo the Same, with the appurtenances, to the said party of the second part, and to his suc-
cessors hereinafter designated, and to the assigns of him and his successors, forever.
in Trust, mowever, for the following purposes: WHEREAS, the said Asa K. Browning
did on the

1918 make and deliver to
said Charles H.
Wallace his promissory note in the sum of Seven
Hundred and thirty-three Dollars and fifty cents due and payable as fol
lows, to-wit:-Two hundred and forty four dollars and fifty cents on the
sixth day of June I919 and two hundred and forty-four dollars and fifty
cents on the 6th day of June of each succeeding year thereafter until
the whole sum named is fully paid with interest thereon from this date un
till fully paid at the rate of SIX per cent,per annum. The interest on each
installment and the interest on the unpaid balance of the principal sum are
to be paid at the maturity of each instellment.If default is made in the
payment of any installment when due then all the re maining installments
