This deed made this
27th proved day of Fibruary 1928 by and be-
tween Fleming Pendleton as Special Commissioner heretofore appointed by
the Circuit Gourt of Jackson Gounty Missouri at Independence in a cer-
tain cause therein pending between William H. Wallace (Junior ) as the
meci
plaintiff and William H. Wallace, Elizabeth C. Wallace, Mary Wallace
Hill, John McPherson Dennis Jr, Mary Dennis Gould, Frances Dennis Gould
and Mamie C. Dennis as defendants No. 63791, as party of the first part,

Witnesseth that, whereas on towit the 17th day of December 1927 a
decree and order of sale in partition, was by said court made and entered
ofrrecord in said cause directing a sale by said Ppecial Commissioner of
