5 trade 2379, - Special Commissioners Deed - This deed made this 27th proved day of Fibruary 1928 by and be- tween Fleming Pendleton as Special Commissioner heretofore appointed by the Circuit Gourt of Jackson Gounty Missouri at Independence in a cer- tain cause therein pending between William H. Wallace (Junior ) as the meci plaintiff and William H. Wallace, Elizabeth C. Wallace, Mary Wallace Hill, John McPherson Dennis Jr, Mary Dennis Gould, Frances Dennis Gould and Mamie C. Dennis as defendants No. 63791, as party of the first part, 6bs sacord descriped and Lake tawana Developement Company ( a corporation ) as party of the second part. Witnesseth that, whereas on towit the 17th day of December 1927 a decree and order of sale in partition, was by said court made and entered ofrrecord in said cause directing a sale by said Ppecial Commissioner of duarter the lands herein after described at public sale at the east front door OT the Court House in Independence Jackson County Missouri; and whereas in pursuance of the terms of said decree and order of sale, a certified copy of which was by the Clerk of the Court issued and delivered to me. to said as I the undersigned Special Commissioner, having previously given twen- ty days notice of the time terms and place of sale and what real estate deoree by rale of To have hoin unto was to be sold and where situated in the Independence Exmainer a news did paper printed and published in Independence Jackson County lissouritir accordance with the terms of said decree cause said real estate to be ex- posed for sale at public vendue to the highest bidder at the east front door of the Court House in Independence Lackson Younty Missburi on the 17th day of January 1928 between the hours of nine !clock in the forenoon and five O'clock in the afternoon and while the said Circuit Yourt was in of Kiasouri (as.
