E. Wallace and Evelyn Wallace, husband and wife; that I am the H. E. Wallace described in said warranty deed and my wife, Evelyn Fucille Wallace, is the Evelyn Wallace described in said deed; that my wife uses the name of Lucille Wallace and her true name is Evelyn Lucille Wallace, and that Lucille Wallace and Everlyn Lucille Wallace are one and the same person.
