LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH C. WALLACE
IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN:
I, Elizabeth C. Wallace, of the County of Jackson and
State of Missouri, being now in good health, strength of body and
mind, but sensible to the uncertainty of life and desiring to make
disposition of my property and affairs while in health and strength
of body and mind, do hereby make, publish and declare the follow-
ing to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking and cancell-
ing all otherrand former wills by me at any time made.
ARTICLE FIRST. I direct the payment of all of my just
debts and funeral expenses.
ARTICLE SECOND. To my brother, Millard Filmore Wallace,
of Lufkin, Texas, I bequeath the sum of one dollar ($1.00) .
ARTICLE THIRD. To Nellie Lou Winsatt and Elizabeth Tyson,

the daughters of my brother, Napoleon Bonaparte Wallace, now
deceased, I bequeath the sum of one dollar each ($1.00).
ARTICLE FOURTH. To Mary Hughes, Elizabeth Brown, Bertie

Nichols, Maude Carpenter and Wallace Twyman, the children of my
sister, Margaret Twyman, now deceased, I bequeath the sum of one
dollar ($1.00) each.
ARTICLE FIFTH. To Nellie Coggins, the daughter of my
sister, Anna B. Stirman, now deceased, I bequeath the sum of one
dollar ($1.00).
ARTICLE SIXTH. To Eugene Wallace, Holland Wallace,
John C. Wallace, Lee Wallace, Gertrude Conway and Nellie Cohen,
