1. Send COMCARDIVTHREE with carrier task group lus submarines
and necessary train to Sasebo. Units proceed independently as
necessary to expedite arrival and report COMNAVFE for operational
control.
2. In an orderly manner and as soon as practicable assemble
at Pearl another carrier task group plus appropriate supporting
units prepared for service in Western Pacific. Advise
proposed composition.
3. COMNAVFE advise CNO and CINCPACFLT as to needs as they
develop.
4. Vice Admiral Struble leaves Washington noon 26th.
