RESOLUTION

Resolved, That it is the sense of the Senate that the
2 United Nations should immediately take such measures
3
against Communist China under chapter VII of the Charter
4 of the United Nations as will be necessary to maintain or
5 restore international peace and security, including the appli-
6 cation by members of the United Nations of measures for
7 the complete interruption of economic relations and of rail,
8 sea, air, postal, telegraphic, radio, and other means of com-
9 munication, the severance of diplomatic relations, and opera-
10 tions by air, sea, or land forces of members of the United
11 Nations.
