ARMY AIR An excited House of Commons, which had earlier in evening NAVY been deeply alarmed first scanty reports President Truman's FE statement re A-bomb, gave roars of cheers when Attlee, DCR winding up foreign affairs debate last night, announced intention visit President in Washington "in order that we might, in an intimate way, take a wide survey of the problems which face us today. This announcement brought dramatic close to perhaps most serious, anxious, and responsible debate on foreign affairs conducted by House since Labor Party came to office in 1945.
