But Chambers, I'm pretty sure it was Chamb ers, was very persistent on this and Oppy said "Pay the fine and shut up. 11 Now Oppy, the amazing thing about Oppy, he always seemed so quiet / and so easy going about whatever was discussed, this man understood it. And the questions would go on for a certain point and Oppy would say, Well, so and so and so and so, and sort of summarize the situation. He'd say, now that I've satisfied you, I think I'll have the meeting adjourned. This man was a very forceful individual, and no one objected to it.
