PLAN STILL TENTATIVE BUT PROBABLY WILL BE CRYSTALLIZED IN NEXT FEW DAYS AFTER WEDEMEYER RECEIVES COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS FROM ALL HERE CONCERNED. GIMMOS COMMENTS INDICATED TO ME THAT HE WAS HOPEFUL OF MORE US MILITARY PARTICIPATION THAN WAS OUTLINED IN THE TENTATIVE PLAN.
