MEMORANDUM FOR MEMBERS OF THE PRESIDENTIAL PARTY VISITING OMAHA, NEBRASKA, SATURDAY, JUNE 5, AND SUNDAY, JUNE 6, 1948. ******** The President's Special Train will arrive at Union Station, Omaha, Ne- braska, 7:15 A.M., Saturday, June 5, 1948. The train will be spotted on track No. 1 in the East yards of the station in order to permit all members of the official party to detrain, and enter automobiles to proceed to the Fontenelle Hotel, where they will be in residence throughout the President's visit. After detrainment of the party, the special train will be immediately moved to stub tracks No. 1 and No. 2 on the West side of the station. It will remain at that location until shortly before the departure of the party on Sunday, June 6, 1948. The following will be the seating arrangement in the official cars from the station to the Hotel Fontenelle, and will be followed throughout the program planned for the President's visit, except for necessary changes affecting local dignitaries who will accompany the party to various functions.
