central standard time.) At the conclusion of the
Dexter ceremonies the Presidential party will drive
back to Des Moines and board the special train.
NOTE: The special train will dead-head from Dexter
back to Des Moines immediately after party detrains;
equipment will be thoroughly serviced and inspected and
properly placed for movement to Kansas City.
