WHEREAS, M. S. Pittman of Independence, County of Jackson
and State of Missouri, did apply for Letters Patent of the United
States, for improvements in Butter Making Process, which appli-
cation was made and dated the 20th day of October, 1902, Serial
Number 129121, and
the undersigned, are now the sole owners of
all rights under said patent in the above recited territory, and
WHEREAS. of Independence
County of Jackson , State of Missomi

ous of acquiring an interest in the same;
