ASSIGNMENT OF TERRITORY. WHEREAS, M. S. Pittman of Independence, County of Jackson and State of Missouri, did apply for Letters Patent of the United States, for improvements in Butter Making Process, which appli- cation was made and dated the 20th day of October, 1902, Serial Number 129121, and the undersigned, are now the sole owners of all rights under said patent in the above recited territory, and WHEREAS. of Independence County of Jackson , State of Missomi , are desir- ous of acquiring an interest in the same; NOW THEREFORE, This Indenture WITNESSETH: That for and me in consideration of the sum of $/100 tor in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have SOLD AND ASSIGNED and by these presents, do SELL AND ASSIGN to the Two of the right, title and interest which have in and to the said invention, for, to and in the united states of amarica and for, to, and in no othor place or placos, the same to be held and enjoyed by the said nd Thair legal representatives tothefullondofthe term for which said Letters Patent are or may be granted as fully and entirely as the same would have been held and enjoyed by us had this assign- ment not been made. my IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, we have hereunto set for hands my and affixed our seal this 28 day of October A.
