TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Know ye that
has this day
enlisted in Light Pattery 98, National Grand of Missouri to serve in the military forces of the
Piate for the period of three years that taken the Cath of to the Piate of
Missouri and the Writed States of America, that because of said enlistment
he is entitled to all the special rights and privileges guaranteed to him under
the laws of Missoure as enacted by the general Assembly, April 7th, 1905,
and that he is entitled to honor and respect accordingly.
