Dear Mr. Clancy :
My impulse is to go along with
you, but I have sworn to myself not to join any
more leaterheads no matter how tempting. I find
in all these matters that it is far better for
to explain my position on any issue in detail in
my own articles, and use whatever weight I have
in that fasion rather than organizationally.
This has many disadvantages, I know, but it is a
decision I have taken after a good deal of
deliberation, and I am sticking to it.
