Mr. Daniel Francis Clancy
P.O. Box 322
Springfield, Ohio
Dear Mr. Clancy:
I will vote against ratification of the 22nd Amendment, but I do hot
know how hard I will openly oppose it. Many people who opposed it in
the last session are now for it because of the Tidelands Decision.
It pretty much looks like an open and shut case for the Amendment.
Congressman Sam Rayburn in an open letter to the Texas Legislature
might be able to save the day.
Thank you for the pamphlet you sent me. I will put it to good
use.
fincere
yours, Jr.
