21. House Bill 1028 by Mr. Bryan was given
second reading by the House of Representatives
on Tuesday, January 24, by a vote of 71 to 27.
On Wednesday, January 25, the bill was given
third reading and went to the Senate. It is
now pending in that body. I suggest that you
write Lieutenant Governor George Bell Timmerman,
Jr. for further information about this legisla-
tion.
