Your letter of 16 July, with the
Government Employees' Pledge attached,
has been referred to the President. The
President has directed me to thank you
for taking the trouble to send this to
him and to advise you that he is for-
warding it to the Department of Justice, x10
which will handle the matter of employee
loyalty.
