The President
Washington, D. C.
Dear Sir:
Many of your friends were shocked following your nation wide
fire side interview, Tuesday, the 8th, when the facts of the
steel controversy were presented. No explanation has been
made of what now appears to have been a deliberate misrepresen-
tation and probably none will be forthcoming. It is regrettable
when people loose confidence in the judgement and integrity of the
one who holds the highest office in the land.
Yours truly,
seversuffe
